An example of a private update
OCTOBER 14
A small step forward
I added my next court date and made a plan for getting there. It’s one less thing to hold in my head. Thanks for being here.

A little support for what comes next
The testing checks. The weekly calls. The appointments, costs, and paperwork. Stay Out helps you organize what’s next, keep your records together, and bring your people closer.
Explore Stay OutWhy we built Stay Out
Stay Out’s founder was arrested for the first time at 36.
What followed was the daily work of navigating an unfamiliar, overwhelming legal system. Waking up with the case already on your mind. Figuring out what needs to happen today, and how to fit it around the rest of your life.
Stay Out is being built by people going through this, too. We understand why one more call, appointment, or form can feel like a lot when you’re already trying to hold everything together.
Each person’s requirements are different. The time, planning, and mental load can add up.
A text from the drug testing facility, or a call to find out whether you need to test today. Then figuring out how to fit it into your day.
A weekly bail bond check-in. Finding an attorney, then keeping up with meetings and calls. Scheduled pretrial appointments to plan around.
Finding a ride. Covering the cost of testing. If you need a subsidy, working through applications for financial assistance and more paperwork.
What we believe
You deserve support while you figure this out.
Stay Out brings saved dates, personal records, recorded costs, and updates for your trust circle into one place, so it’s easier to see what needs your attention.

MY DAY
Your questions. All in one place.
A LITTLE PREPARATION
MY RECORDS
Notes and costs you record, ready to come back to when you need them.
Asked which documents to bring next time. Review my list before heading out.
$40.00 · Transportation to my appointment. A personal record, not an official payment confirmation.
MY CIRCLE
I have a better idea of what comes next. Thanks for being in my corner. It means a lot.

Your story, in your words
Some days, you want to share how things went without starting the story over. Your private journal gives the people you choose a place to catch up.
Drafts are just for you. Give selected people Updates access, then publish what you want them to read. You can change or revoke their access.
A few things to know
Saved dates and tasks, calls and testing records, case expenses, private conversations, and updates for your support circle. Your entries are personal records; official instructions and balances still come from the court or provider.
Drafts are private. People you explicitly give Updates access can read your published posts, including attached photos, videos, and court events. Newly approved readers can see earlier published posts. Revoking access stops future access, but cannot recall copies someone already saved.
Invited readers can open a private web page and verify a code sent to their saved email address. They do not need to install the app. An invitation link alone does not give someone access.
You write and publish each update. Court activity, private messages, and uploaded media are not automatically posted. Publishing an update currently sends no notifications to your circle.
Join the early-access list to hear about availability and launch updates. Stay Out is not yet available in the App Store, and joining does not create an app account. You can use our Ada County guides and printable organizer today, without signing up.
